Article Link: Quantum Physics – The Physics of Dreaming by Paul Levy

“The world of the very small is co-extensive with the world at large. Quantum theory applies to big things as well as small; we can’t get to first base without quantum theory in dealing with such large-scale objects as stars, for example. And yet, our everyday world, with its chairs, trees and people, seems, at least to all appearances, not to be quantum at all, but quite real, and solid, very much in alignment with classical physics’ version of reality, with its one-at-a-time sequence of definite actualities. When we throw a baseball, for example, it has a continuous trajectory that can be measured. This is very different from probabilistic quantum entities, which are discontinuous, can take multiple routes to get somewhere at the same time and get to where they’re going in no time at all. And yet, quantum theory tells us that baseballs are quantum objects, too─they have a cloud of probability which collapses from uncertainty to certainty, but their quantum fluctuations are so microscopically small that they are entirely below the threshold of observation. The elementary particle and the baseball differ only in scale, not in principle.  [76] ”   You can read the article here: http://www.awakeninthedream.com/quantum-physics-the-physics-of-dreaming/#sec

Poem: Fractal Charm

At the
quantum field
colorful
snowflake
fractals
migrate
symmetry,
harmony,
to the
cellular
level,
everything
is being
rearranged
in higher
accordance

at the quantum
field
all manifests
with ease
as the
the particles
vibrate
in natural
harmony
in relation to
each others,
rhythm
and
flow
follows,
win-win
solutions
appear.

Noticing Alternate Histories and Superposition of States

“When we think of quantum particles existing in a superposition of states, we are considering them to be in a state of spin up and spin down–so they can be everything that’s possible for them to be. This is somewhat analogous to flipping a coin in the air and rather than having it fall down into a state of clearly being “heads” or “tails,” it just stays spinning. And while it’s spinning, it’s in that superposition of states. And then when someone you finally look to see what state it is in–by taking a measurement–you catch the coin, and you have a measurement.

So the idea of all of us existing in a superposition of states, leads us to expect that we ought to be able to sometimes see signs of this. What kind of signs might you notice?”

We often think in terms of quantum physics being something very complicated that we can’t understand that we don’t need to understand, since it has to do with the realm of the very small–however, recent research indicates that’s not true. A survey of physicists showed that more than two thirds of the physicists interviewed believe that you and I and everybody watching all exist in a superposition of states. So what, exactly, is a superposition of states?

You may have heard of Schrödinger’s cat being alive and dead–at the same time. This was a thought experiment intended to demonstrate the ridiculous quality of quantum physics and the impossibility of these ideas applying to our everyday lives. The thought experiment consists of a box with a cat, a vial of poison, a radioactive isotope decaying at some unpredictable rate. That little bit of randomness means that we can’t predict when–or if–the device that can break open the vial of poison might activate a series of…

Biocentrism: What if Life Selected this Universe?

RealityShifters Blog

Cynthia2014apr6bio Have you ever looked up at the night sky, sparkling with shining stars, and marveled how it can be possible that we live on a planet that revolves around a sun that looks like just another twinkling star when seen from afar? When you stop to really think about it, it’s truly mind-bogglingly amazing that we’re alive on this planet that has just enough water and air and is just the right temperature to support our form of life.

biocentrismI just read Robert Lanza’s thought-provoking book, Biocentrism, which raises the question of how our universe developed in such a way that it is perfect to support life. The odds against such a thing happening purely by chance are astronomically high. The concept of “fine-tuning” has been utilized in the past as an argument in favor of the existence of God, based on the notion that because fundamental physical constants are perfectly…

Experiments: World May Be Influenced by the Future by Robert Lanza

ID-10010064302/03/11  “We’ve been taught our consciousness -− and everything else in the world -− flows like an arrow in one direction from the cradle to the grave. But an amazing set of experiments suggest the present and the future are entangled, and that events in the future may influence things happening in the world now.” Read the whole article here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-lanza/future-influences-present_b_816221.html

Fascinating Reminders for the Day: All Is Vibration

ID-100124767
“Quantum physics has taught us that there is no such thing as empty space, and that the so-called vacuum of space often called the Zero Point Field (ZPF), is teeming with quantum fluctuations that display a resonance, a vibration. Nothing does not vibrate. There is no such thing as zero, dead, still. Everything that exists gives off some vibration of a certain frequency.

Every planet, every person, every particle.

Musicians know that when a guitar string is plucked on one instrument in a music store, all the other guitars in the same room will vibrate to that tone. Healers refer to this as “entrainment,” when two objects (or people!) in close proximity, vibrating on different frequencies, begin altering their vibrations until they are vibrating at the same, or nearly the same, frequency. The Zero Point Field could act as a field of “entrainment” or resonance, where the vibrations of particles tune to specific frequencies, creating different forms of matter, energy and interactions.”

“Advanced physics tells us that an event at Point A in the universe does not cause an event in Point B to occur a little later. Actually, both events occur at the same time. Carl Jung used the term “synchronicity” to describe this same phenomenon on a human level. In his amazing book Power Vs. Force, Dr. David R. Hawkins states that a “question can’t be asked unless there’s already the potentiality of the answer… there can be no ‘up’ without an already existent ‘down’.” Synchronicities are evidence of an all-inclusive field that goes against the normal cause-and-effect rationale for events that occur that challenge our illusion of the line between subjective and objective reality.”
