Magic Bells

when getting
really silent,
it can be
sensed
how
  invisible,
tiniest of
tiniest
bells

 are playing
    the notes of
 cosmic joy

Poem: Wild Geese by Mary Oliver

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about your despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting —
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

Poem: A Dimensional Treat

During
a nap
I am
literally
lifted
higher,
there is
a sensation
of a warm
breeze
thoroughly
caressing
my body,

someone is
gently
massaging
my toes,
his hands
feel familiar
to me

I see
an image
of a card
in my wallet
representing
high
level of
worry
and an
obstacle
made just by
the mind

it is
being
transformed
to another
card
symbolizing
a sudden
windfall
and another
opportunity of
a pre destined
soul plan
to become
fulfilled

Then I
float even
higher
into
a space
of violet
and indigo
blue light

There is no
slightest of
tension left,
I am
deep
peace,
happy
and
lighter
than
a feather,

all the while
I continue my
conscious sleep
in this dream

When I open
my eyes
I´m
back on
the couch
again,
sill feeling
light and
so serene.

We are
always
safe and
secure,
I´ve been
wonder-fully
reminded
at the
cellular level.

Poem: Non-Measurable Value

Each
human being
is valuable
before
doing or
achieving
anything

that value
cannot
be measured,
it cannot be
taken away
from us,
nor can we
add
to it

It just is.
Zero
equals
infinite.

Poem: A Light Night Bridge

Bathing
in the light of
a Nordic
nightless night,

a woman
in the ancient
past
is braiding
her
hair
having
the same
dreams
as I

Somebody
is approaching,
– Is that you,
we ask
at the
same time
