Poem: Chickadee, chickadee II

Hello again
chickadee, chickadee,
I moved to
another
town

and to
my surprise
there is a
chickadee,
chickadee
peeking in
on the
fence
of my terrace
every now
and then

like it´s making
sure that
everything
is fine
in here,
that joy
has moved
in with me

delightful
chickadee,
chickadee,
did you move
with me
or did
you send
your mate
to check
on me,
you
surely
bring magic
and a
sense
of continuity

“My protege girl
my protege girl:
This Magic Field,
this Magic Field,
there´s no end.”

Chickadee, chickadee I

Hello again
chickadee, chickadee,
my city bird
jumping for joy
on the windowsill
of my kitchen.
Did you come for
a coffee?
Wanna come in?

And another day
chickadee,
chickadee,
I come from the
shower
and you are flying
inside there.
I did invite you in,
didn´t I,
or is it
my veggie
burger
you prefer?

Chickadee,
chickadee:
“City girl,
city girl,
open the window,
open the window
and even from
the stony yard
joy flows in.”
