How Distant Energy Chakra Healing Works by Michael Mohoric

Chakras are subtle energy centers in the spine. They govern every aspect of life. The chakras have been written about in many ancient writings from different cultures especially yoga philosophy. Traditionally most texts recognize 7 major chakras and some systems show other minor chakras.

Depending which chakra is out of balance it can affect everything from health, finances, relationships, emotions, communication, feeling insecure to every other area of life. The purpose of this article is not to go into depth about what the chakras represent because there are many books and articles written about them.

There are many ways to help clear, energize and balance the chakras. There are a variety meditations, exercises and other things one can do to heal the chakras. One of the things that can be quite effective for chakra healing is distant chakra healing and balancing. This way may seem unusual to many people but it has been used in the Far East for centuries and now there are other more modern methods to do this. More and more people are turning to alternative healing therapies such as distant chakra healing to enhance their health and well being.

Qigong energy healing is a powerful way to help balance, clear, align and heal the chakras. Distant Qigong energy healing has been used successfully in the Far East and now the West to treat a variety of mental, physical and emotional issues and also very effective in chakra healing.

How can Qigong distant energy healing positively affect the chakras and other energy channels from a distance? There are places such as the California Pacific Medical Center in Northern California and The Institute of Noetic Sciences that have scientifically studied the effectiveness of distant energy healing.

One strict double blind study with nearly 400 patients by cardiologist Robert Bryd determined that people who were prayed for had better outcomes than those who were not. Quantum Physics may provide some answers why remote or distant healing works.

In the 1980’s at the University of Paris, a team of scientists led by Alain Aspect made an amazing discovery that may be one of the most important discoveries in modern science. They found that under certain circumstances some subatomic particles were able to communicate instantaneously with each other no matter how far apart they were from each other. It didn’t matter if they were millions of miles apart.

In 1997 Nicolas Gisan duplicated these findings and concluded that some particles appeared to be communicating at the incredible speed of 20,000 times the speed of light.

These conclusions may give clues as to why distance healing works.

Respected quantum physicist David Bohm surmises the reasons why subatomic particles can stay in contact with each other despite incredible distances is not because they are transmitting some unknown signal back and forth but because the separation of the particles is an illusion. Bohm concludes that at a deeper level of reality the particles are not individual entities but are extensions of the same fundamental something and everything in the universe is infinitely interconnected.

Some scientists now recognize what mystics from many different cultures have said for millennium, that we are all not separate but deeply interconnected.

Distance energy healing energy gets transferred over great distances because we are all interconnected. It doesn’t make any difference if the one transmitting the energy is in a different city or across the world than from the receiver.

Distant Qigong energy healing is a very powerful method for chakra healing and healing in general. It has been effective for many conditions. It has been shown to be effective for stress and pain reduction, emotional balancing, boosting immunity and stamina, and a wide variety of other health conditions.

Michael Mohoric is a distant chakra healer and found he had a gift for energy healing after recovering from a serious spinal cord injury and has worked successfully with thousands of people worldwide.

Michael Mohoric is the past Secretary of the International Tibetan Qigong Association and specializes in distant energy and chakra healing. He has studied alternative healing for over 25 years and is a Certified Qigong Instructor and Professional Member of the National Qigong Association.

A Cosmic Reminder: Help Available Day and Night

I used to be one of those who don´t ask for help from others when having challenges in life. I kind of felt I needed to cope with everything by myself, not bothering other people and protecting them from my challenges and worries. This humorous synchronicity is from the time line I learned to more concretely ask for help from the universe and to receive it from other people as well. This was one of the areas to me to balance giving and receiving. I was also learning to better accept and release my negative emotions at that time.

Day and Night

This is not working at all,
Angels, please, help me!

I look out of the window:
a white van is just being parked
across the street
and really
on its side it says in big letters:

It is what it is…

“Known is a drop, Unknown is an Ocean” has posted this delightful poem on the 5th of August. It came to my mind today. Happy to share it, with thanks.

Known is a drop, Unknown is an Ocean

It is nonsense, says reason
It is what it is, says love

It is unhappiness, says reflection
It is nothing but pain, says fear
it is hopeless, says insight
it is what it is, says love

It is ridiculous, says pride
It is frivolous, says caution
It is impossible, says experience
It is what it is, says love

It is OK, says trust
It is here, says surprise
It is wonderful, says joy
It is what it is, says love

It is now, says grace
It is perfect, says poise
It is indescribable, says rapture
It is what it is, says love

This is nonsense, smiles reason
This is it, smiles love.

Goddess Tara

Having just brought Goddess Lakshmi to my blog I also had a spontaneous meditation experience of Goddess Tara energies yesterday night. I myself am not an expert of Goddess archetypes, so
I´m glad I found this wonderful blog article of her. May her energies enchant your day as well.

Journeying to the Goddess

“Tara’s themes are Universal Unity, peace, cooperation, destiny, energy and spirituality.  Her symbol is a star.  In Hindu mythology, Tara is a star Goddess who encompasses all time and the spark of life. She extends this energy to us, fulfilling our spiritual hunger. In so doing, Tara strengthens our understanding of the Universe and its mysteries and gives us a glimpse of our destiny.

Tara’s name literally means ‘star’. In works of art She is depicted as beautiful as the silver turret points of the night sky, young and playful. From Her celestial home Tara challenges us to live life fully no matter the day or season, looking to the stars and our hearts to guide us.

I cannot help but believe that Tara was standing by whispering in scientists’ ears as they launched Pioneer10 into space on this date in 1972, bearing a message of peace to anyone who might…

A Gentle Energy Boost for the Day: Deserving

“You deserve to have a wonderful life filled with love, abundance, good friends, excellent health, and loving relationships. Your Higher Self is completely abundant, and as you open to your higher good you are aligning with your Higher Self. Start by believing that a good life is naturally yours, not something you have to earn or pay for. It is the higher plan of the universe for all beings to have lives of beauty, harmony, and abundance.” – Spiritual Growth/ Sanaya Roman, Creating Your Highest Future Room

I’m OK and You Are OK: Effective and Ineffective Modes of Communication

Transactional Analysis is still one of the main corner stones of and updated by many modern communication and personality models (I am a certified coach of one of those, but not eager to write professional texts in English myself).

You can read the whole article here: Transactional Analysis /

Effective and ineffective modes of communication

Definition of ‘Effective’

By effective, we mean that:

  • a communication is likely to achieve the intended response or result. Information is received, necessary action(s) follow and good relationships are maintained or developed
  • communication will (if necessary and desired) be able to continue – either now or later
  • each party to the communication, whether they agree with each other (or not) or like each other (or not) maintains an I’m OK, You’re OK position.

Definition of ‘Ineffective’

By ineffective, we mean that any/all of the following apply:

  • the intended communication is not understood the person receiving the communication is themselves invited into a “not OK” position or invited to make someone else “not OK”
  • communication may be broken in some way and so does not continue, or it escalates to even more discomfort or misunderstanding for those involved. In extreme cases the rift may be permanent
  • what needs to be done is less likely to be done – or may be done incorrectly.

 Effective modesTA-modes-model-mountain

To help you understand the TA OK Modes Model and to avoid having to keep scrolling back up the page, the diagram is repeated alongside the explanation below. It’s the same diagram.

Note that the ineffective Modes are quite logical and easy to understand when seen as negative or unhelpful extremes of the correlating effective Modes. For example, being overly Supportive quite naturally equates to Interfering; Being overly Playful quite naturally equates to Recklessness.

Mindful Process – Not a Mode, this is a requirement or condition enabling effective Modes to be accessed/used. When we are operating mindfully, we communicate ‘OK to OK’ messages. We operate appropriately in the here-and-now and have access to the positive aspects of the care and structure we have received in the past and the experiences we had in childhood (Deelia: referring to the the parent, adult and child themes also explained in the article). As this Mindful process is here-and-now, we are able to choose which of the effective Modes of behaviour to draw from, dependent on the situation. When we are stable in this Mindful process we respond appropriately rather than ‘flipping’ or switching (generally unconsciously) into an Ineffective Mode.

Each of the effective Modes, dependent on the Mindful Process, communicate “I’m OK and You’re OK”.

Structuring Mode – This is the boundary setting Mode, offering constructive criticism. In this Mode we are caring whilst firm.

Supporting Mode – When in this Mode we are affirming and considerate.

Co-creating Mode – From this Mode we develop ways to help us live and work with others.

Playful Mode – This is the creative, fun loving, curious and energetic Mode. We can confront people playfully as a way of dealing with a difficult situation. This can diffuse a potential problem and get the message across.

When working with others we can choose where we come from (communicate from).

Effective communication happens when we are in a Mindful Process.

If someone else invites us, because of how he/she communicates to us, to go into an ineffective (red) Mode, importantly, we don’t have to go there, we can instead ‘cross the transaction’ and come from (respond from) one of the green Modes.

Ineffective modes

The ineffective (red) Modes all emanate from outdated experiences, which are not relevant or appropriate in the present.

Criticizing Mode – communicates a “You’re not OK” message. When in this Mode you will believe that others cannot do things as well as you can, or perhaps only certain chosen people can. If you lead from this position you are unlikely to develop a loyal supportive team or culture.

Inconsistent Mode – As a leader we might be inconsistent in our style – changing our behaviour in unpredictable and apparently random ways. This is not helpful for followers (or leaders).

Interfering Mode – communicates a “You’re not OK” message. When in this Mode the person will often do things for others which they are capable of doing for themselves. People who find it difficult to delegate might be in this Mode.

Over-adapted Mode – This expresses an “I’m not OK” or “I’m not OK and You’re Not OK” message. When in this Mode we over-adapt to others and tend to experience such emotions as depression or unrealistic fear and anxiety. When in this Mode we are unlikely to make good team members and will be highly stressed if we have to manage others.

Oppositional Mode – Even when opposing others, we are not actually free to think for ourselves as we are reacting to them in the belief that we need to ‘resist’ them. It is important to be clear that this is not simply about being in disagreement, but a style of going against whatever others put forward.

Reckless Mode – In this Mode we run wild with no boundaries. Here we express a “You’re not OK” message. At work we tend not to take responsibility for our actions and are unlikely to progress as we need a great deal of management in order to focus our energy and keep boundaries.

Fascinating Reminders for the Day: All Is Vibration

“Quantum physics has taught us that there is no such thing as empty space, and that the so-called vacuum of space often called the Zero Point Field (ZPF), is teeming with quantum fluctuations that display a resonance, a vibration. Nothing does not vibrate. There is no such thing as zero, dead, still. Everything that exists gives off some vibration of a certain frequency.

Every planet, every person, every particle.

Musicians know that when a guitar string is plucked on one instrument in a music store, all the other guitars in the same room will vibrate to that tone. Healers refer to this as “entrainment,” when two objects (or people!) in close proximity, vibrating on different frequencies, begin altering their vibrations until they are vibrating at the same, or nearly the same, frequency. The Zero Point Field could act as a field of “entrainment” or resonance, where the vibrations of particles tune to specific frequencies, creating different forms of matter, energy and interactions.”

“Advanced physics tells us that an event at Point A in the universe does not cause an event in Point B to occur a little later. Actually, both events occur at the same time. Carl Jung used the term “synchronicity” to describe this same phenomenon on a human level. In his amazing book Power Vs. Force, Dr. David R. Hawkins states that a “question can’t be asked unless there’s already the potentiality of the answer… there can be no ‘up’ without an already existent ‘down’.” Synchronicities are evidence of an all-inclusive field that goes against the normal cause-and-effect rationale for events that occur that challenge our illusion of the line between subjective and objective reality.”
